Chapter Four:Requirements for delivery

Compared with the conditions of the mine, due to the long continuous running time in the delivery process, the average speed is higher, therefore, the tire heat problem is quite prominent, it is easy to lead to tire heat removal layer damage, based on this situation, the relevant international standards, the formulation of strict technical regulations, the content is as follows:

a.Only standard tread can be used, refer to E3 tread, E4 and other deep-tread tires cannot be used for delivery.

b.Maximum speed on the road, 30 km/h for ordinary section tire, 20 km/h for wide-base section tire.

c.For the first time, for 30 km, or for 2 hours, it takes 30 minutes to cool the tires.

d.This cycle should be repeated every two stops, or at least one hour after a continuous four-hour operation, and every two stops or four hours of work.
